If you’re the sole technical communicator in your department or organization or if you work in a small team, this is the STC SIG for you! Joining is easy and there are several benefits.

The STC Lone Writer SIG offers the following benefits to its members:

• The SIG’s two email lists, stclwrsig-l and loners_OT
• Access to the members-only portions of this site
• SIG events at the society conference

To join the SIG, do one of the following:

• Select the STC Lone Writer SIG as one of your complementary special interest groups when applying for or renewing your society membership.
• Download the STC Membership Change/Upgrade Form from the STC website. Then complete the form, checking “Lone Writer” in the list of special interest groups, and submit it with the fee to the society.

If you are not a member of STC, complete a membership application to join the society.
