Staying Current with SIG News
Wondering how you can keep up with SIG news? We offer a number of ways you can stay connected.
The main vehicles by which the SIG managers deliver news to the membership are the News section on our website and through the main mailing list. With the recent addition of the Solitary Scrivener blog and our Twitter account, we’ll be using those tools as well to reach out to people who subscribe to those feeds, either to distribute the information itself or to link readers to the information on our website.
Occasionally, the managers use a Lone Writers SIG “all members” list when we need to reach out to all members of the SIG for whom we have an email address in our membership roster. The managers are the only ones who can post to this list. For SIG members leery about “getting pestered” with emails from this list, please rest assured that the operative word is “occasionally”. About 99% of the time, we make announcements as described in the previous paragraph.
